The IIHF Championship Disciplinary Panel for the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division II Group A has issued a warning against Romania’s Gergo Kozma for a boarding incident involving Croatia’s Matko Idzan.
The incident occurred at 28:53 in the second period of Game #12 between Romania and Croatia. As this matter involves a violation of IIHF Official Playing Rule 41 (Boarding), the Panel has jurisdiction over the matter.
The Disciplinary Panel determined that the player pushed his opponent in the back in a vulnerable position and at a dangerous distance from the boards that resulted in impact.
