The MVP of the 2022 Winter Olympics women's tournament is Canadian forward Brianne Jenner. Jenner led the tournament with nine goals and had 14 points altogether, helping to lead her team's offensive juggernaut and reclaim the Olympic championship.
Jenner is also one of the forwards on the All-Star Team, as voted by accredited media. The other forwards are fellow Canadians Sarah Nurse and Marie-Philip Poulin, the team's captain. Nurse set an Olympic record with 18 points and Poulin had 17, including three in the final.
On defence, Claire Thompson had 13 points in seven games. Joining her on defence is Finnish captain Jenni Hiirikoski, who contributed five assists and was an on-ice leader for her team's bronze-medal performance.
The goalkeeper on the All-Star Team is Klara Peslarova from Czechia. Previously named Best Goalkeeper twice at the Division I Group A World Championship and once at the U18 Women's World Championship, Peslarova drew a lot of attention for her quarter-final performance against the USA. In five games, she had a 1.60 goals-against average.
