Ticket sale starts in Espoo

The ticket sale for the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship played in Espoo, Finland will start on Wednesday, 5th December at noon. Day tickets for children under 12 years cost €5, for youngsters under 20 years €10 and for adults, the prices vary between €10 and 35 depending on the day.

“We hope moderately priced tickets will encourage fans as well as families and youngsters to experience the event on-site. There are great teams playing in both groups and we can expect top-level ice hockey and exciting games to be played every day,” said Tuula Puputti, General Secretary of the Organizing Committee.

Tickets for children under 12 years cost €5 every single day of the tournament. There is also a special ticket category for youngsters under 20 years of age: youngster tickets cost €10 per day.

For adults, tickets prices during the preliminary round vary from €10 to 20. For quarter-finals and semi-finals the price is €25 and for the final day, the day ticket costs €35.

Tickets are sold as day tickets meaning that one ticket will open doors to all the games played on one day.

For the true fans who don’t want to miss a game, there is also an all-tournament ticket available. Access to all the all games costs €40 for children, €80 for youngsters and €150 for adults.

The 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship tickets will be sold by Ticketmaster Finland starting on Wednesday, 5th December at 12:00 Finnish time (11am CET, 5am ET). During the event, ticket sale points will operate at the game venues.
